At Avestruz (spanish for Ostrich), Tapas & Tequila – we’re a destination for culinary adventurers, flavor enthusiasts, and cocktail connoisseurs. Building on the Spanish tradition of small plate cuisine, our team at the helm of Chef Aaron Lawson has created a playful & inviting menu utilizing sustainably sourced ingredients tapas and tequila combined regional & global cuisines to offer a culinary tour of flavors.
